Help us Empower the Human Family
When I scan the headlines and listen to the news I'm struck with an instant flash of fear. Accompanying this pang of fear is a sense of overwhelming hopelessness. There are so many problems and challenges in the world where do we even begin? What can we possibly do to make a difference that moves the needle on some of humanity's most intractable challenges?
There are so many social programs that continue to throw money at problems without really getting at the root, systemic cause of the issue. In this way many dire problems are actually prolonged, continuing to fester and grow without any real viable solution to effectively change the issue.
That's why I support projects led by some of today's top Integral thinkers. Their approaches are designed to consider a multitude of factors that include psychological, social, cultural, behavioral, environmental, and systemic issues. They use a multi-disciplinary, meta-theory approach which allow them to include not just one intervention to solve a problem, but multiple interventions and disruptive technologies to produce more comprehensive, systemic change. These social change agents are pioneering new methods that include an array of perspectives coordinating them into one generous big-picture approach that is both inclusive and practical. So, I know that when I support their work, I am investing in an entire movement that is lifting and raising the entire human family towards more rational, compassionate, and comprehensive solutions - elevating the entire collective consciousness.
